Benefits of the Visa Waiver Program
The advantage of entering the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program is that tourists and people wishing to conduct business in the U.S. can travel without obtaining visas, unless they are otherwise inadmissible.
You may enter the U.S. without a visa
You do not require any documents
Note: If you enter on the Visa Waiver Program, you cannot change your status to another nonimmigrant visa status, extend your stay beyond the 90 days, or
adjust your status to permanent residence.
