J.    A foreign national who has status under the Family Unity Program

K.   A foreign national who is granted asylum in the U.S.

L.    A foreign national who is in refugee status or was paroled as a refugee

M.    A foreign national under temporary protected status

N.    A citizen of Micronesia, Marshall Islands or Palau

O.   An applicant for suspension of deportation

P.    A V nonimmigrant

Q.   An N-8 parent of special immigrant on SN-3 Immigrant Visa

R.    A foreign national in T-2, T-3, T-4 nonimmigrant status
